1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the AI Credit Team platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Credit Team.

2. Description of Service

AI Credit Team provides AI-powered credit education tools including credit report analysis, dispute letter drafting, dispute tracking, and related features. For Done-For-You and VIP subscribers, we also provide physical mailing of dispute letters on your behalf.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Standard — $29.99/month

Full platform access. You are responsible for printing and mailing your own dispute letters.

Done-For-You — $59.99/month

Full platform access plus we mail your dispute letters via certified mail. Up to 10 letters per month.

VIP — $99.99/month

All Done-For-You features plus priority support, personal welcome call, and strategy sessions. Limited to 10 spots.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law or described in Section 6
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account Settings or by emailing support@aicreditteam.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the Service through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day right to cancel from the date of your initial subscription, as required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act. If you cancel within 3 business days of signing up, you are entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid.

Outside of the 3-day window, all payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused features, or dissatisfaction with credit repair outcomes, as results depend on factors outside our control (bureau decisions, creditor responses, accuracy of disputed items).

7. Your Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information in all dispute letters and account details
Not use the Service to submit false or fraudulent disputes
Not attempt to remove accurate, verifiable information from your credit report through deceptive means
Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized access
Comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform

8. No Guarantees

AI Credit Team makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, including but not limited to: credit score improvements, removal of negative items, approval of credit applications, or resolution of any dispute. Credit bureaus and creditors make independent decisions that we cannot control or predict. Results vary based on the accuracy of disputed information, the responsiveness of credit bureaus, and individual credit history.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Credit Team and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data, revenue, or credit score changes
Actions taken by credit bureaus, creditors, or other third parties
Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated dispute letters

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI models, interfaces, and branding on the platform are owned by AI Credit Team and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written consent. You retain ownership of the content you upload (credit reports, personal information).

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You may also delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit. This does not affect your rights under CROA or other consumer protection laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AI Credit Team is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
